CD Thader was defeated in their visit to the difficult field of Benigànim CF in a match corresponding to matchday 9 of the Lliga Comunitat. The local team imposed their law with a clear score (4-1), in a match where those from Rojales could only react after the break.
The first half was dominated by Benigànim, who took advantage of their greater intensity and success in front of goal. The first goal came after a cross that was headed in by a local player, completely unmarked at the far post. Shortly after, the Valencian team extended their lead with the second goal, leaving Thader very shaken before the break.
In the second half, those from Rojales came out with a different rhythm, trying to reduce the distance. As a result of that improvement, Robin’s goal arrived, making it 2-1 and restoring hope to the white and blue team. However, the reaction did not last long. Benigànim knew how to take advantage of the spaces and in a few minutes struck again with two more goals that decided the match.
Tough defeat for CD Thader, who must pick themselves up and focus on the next league match to rediscover the good feelings.
